Ballarat hearing clinic was established in 1983 and moved to Drummond Street North in 1996. We opened our Sebastopol Clinic in January 2023. 

We operate two sites in Ballarat:

We visit Ararat, Donald, St Arnaud & Stawell

We are the only locally owned, independent hearing clinics in our region and employ University trained Audiologists with masters degrees in Clinical Audiology to perform testing, fit hearing devices and perform specialist hearing services including wax removal. We provide expert recommendations and reporting for medical professionals including Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists, General Practitioners, Pediatricians, Speech Pathologists, Maternal and Child Health Nurses and others.

We provide Pediatric Audiology under an agreement with Grampians Health at our Sebastopol site. We test Newborns and children of all ages. 

Our Sebastopol Clinic houses Grampians Health Ballarat Audiology Department.

We perform Cochlear Implant work, and collaborate with the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital, Cochlear and ENT Specialists to offer Cochlear Implant Information Sessions, Evaluations for Candidacy, Implant switch - ons and on-going Cochlear implant mapping. 

We provide FREE Services to Pensioners and Veterans under the Hearing Services Program. Including free hearing tests and free hearing aids to eligible clients. 

Our Hearing Clinics offer hearing screening for people working in noise to meet Occupational Health and Safety requirements. 

We screen children at schools, perform hearing screening for Police applications, tradies and other industries such as mining and manufacturing. 

We also provide noise surveys for industry to evaluate whether hearing protection and signage is required.
